This is a X Silver theme for the texting app called Evolve SMS.You must have EvolveSMS installed to use this theme.For this to be installed you have to have the EvolveSMS Customization PackTo apply the theme, go to EvolveSMS settings ->Select Theme ->Choose Theme -> Select X Silver
